Setelah saham perbankan berhasil naik signifikan belakangan ini, seiring dengan mulai diturunkannya BI rate beberapa waktu yang lalu, maka berikutnya sektor yang perlu diperhatikan adalah property dan yang terkait dengan property seperti semen maupun jasa kostruksi.

Dengan penurunan suku bunga, maka diperkirakan akan memberikan dampak positip selain ke perbankan, juga ke sektor property, maupun sektor penunjangnya. Saham-saham property yang terdaftar BEI saat ini sudah banyak yang nilainya di bawah dari book value nya. Dengan demikian, terasa cukup murah. Ibaratnya seperti membeli property (apartemen) seharga satu milyar, tapi bayarnya hanya dengan 300-400 juta saja. Kira-kira seperti itu gambaran kondisi saham-saham property yang ada di BEI.

Walau demikian tetap perlu diingat bahwa resiko investasi di saham property ataupun penunjangnya tetap memiliki resikonya masing-masing. Tetaplah melakukan riset pribadi sebelum mengambil keputusan penting dalam investasi.
