Saham Ciputra memang membleh .. Either memang perusahaannya tidak berkualitas atau sang emiten memang sangat anti utk memberikan gain bagi investor2 yg ingin percaya kepadanya, atau .. mungkin juga karena kedua2nya :(.
Tengok saja kejadian CTRP wkt IPO kemaren ini. Hrgnya dibiarkan drop secara luar biasa dan bahkan sampai hari ini, sudah hampir 1 bulan dr IPO, saham ini masih dibiarkan tergeletak tanpa ampun oleh sang emiten. Tujuannya, menurut rumor, apalagi kalo bukan mereka ingin mendapatkan kembali saham mereka sendiri dengan hrg murah. Siapa yg tahu pasti? Pelajaran yg bisa kita petik sbg investor, hanyalah bhw nama Ciputra di pasar modal tidaklah dapat dipercaya.
Lihat saja milis2 saham yang ada, penuh hujatan dan kutukan kepada Ciputra karena sepak terjangnya yg spt preman melalui IPO CTRP.
Saran saya, daripada menaruh percaya kpd Ciputra, pilih saja saham2 lain. Masih banyak saham perusahaan lain yg jauhhhh lbh baik, lebih credible dari Ciputra DAN .. yg terutama, tidak takut memberikan gain kepada investor yg percaya kepada mereka.
